    This starter is a Direct Replacement for the listed Jeep Wranglers with the 4.2Lengine. There are no changes or modifications needed. 

    Being Higher Torque than stock, this starter works well on higher compression engines.  All starters are 100% new, tested prior to shipping

      Starter fit perfect and jeep starts better than ever. We have gone through 5 previous starter both new and rebuilt. Did a lot of research and PA Performance was one of the two top recommended units. So far we are very happy with it.
