Product Description
This is a substantial upgrade for the 1999-2004 Mustang GT. It is the larger case version of the stock alternator and will directly bolt up to application where the intake maniold have not been changed and a supercharger has not been added. This unit will increase the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with NO modifications BUT the Upgrade Power Cable is REQUIRED due to the amount of output it produces. Stock cables will not safely carry the load. 1000+ amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft rpm) 200+ amps maximum (6000 alternator shaft rpm) The stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles.
