150A 3G Alternator For Ford Applications
This is a very popular replacement where maximum capacity is needed while retaining the small 3G case. This kit is more popular where maximum power is needed but a larger unit will not physically fit.
80 amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft rpm) 150 amps maximum (6000 alternator shaft rpm) the stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles. All units are 100% NEW and come complete with internal voltage regulator and 6-groove serpentine pulley, each is tested at time of assembly. This alternator includes the upgrade kit for “Upgrade Applications”, for “Direct Replacement” applications this kit is included but not used. Our standard pulley is a 57mm (2-1/4”) 6-groove serpentine - we do not recommend using a V belt as it will likely squeek or squeal. Due to the small size of the factory output cable we require that you upgrade the main power wire.
